Support whisper large v3 (via deepinfra)
Revert whisper normalizer to remove newer normalization that has diverged (e.g. from https://huggingface.co/spaces/hf-audio/open_asr_leaderboard)
Add switchboard and chime, remove ami < 3s from audio-transcription set
Add hf asr leaderboard transcription set
