日数が経った提出物の通知の数字を修正

このビューのロジックは「4日以上経過した提出物がなければ、提出物は
ありませんと表示する」ものなのに、実際には「0日以上経過している
提出物はありません」というミスリードな表示になっている。
原因は「0日」の部分の変数が間違っているためなので、それを修正する。

サブスクリプションをキャンセル済みの場合はキャンセル処理をしないようにした

この条件の場合にStripe APIでエラーが起きるため。
（キャンセル済みの場合、キャンセル理由の欄しか変更できない。）

同じメソッドを使っている休会・退会も同じ影響がある。
