Removed unnecessary compile definitions, options, and include directories from CMakeLists.txt.
Add UnifiedHardwareManager in MaskAnalysis.cpp for unified hardware handling. Rename option names in TritonToUnstructureIncubated and TritonToLinalgIncubated for clarity. Introduce a macro to control LLVM version. Remove unreadable comments in code.
