This PR fixes #4111 and subsequent issues (i.e., #4449).

I have only been able to test this on Arch Linux with i3 and don't have a windows or MacOS machine on which to test.

I installed sway and have tested with a variety of monitor orientations, but I don't seem to be able to reproduce the original issue. These changes don't appear to break anything, though.

Windows user here. I downloaded the build artifact from Appveyor and it caused the same issue.
I have 2 monitors of different sizes but set to same resolution and scaling (125%). It gets shifted to the left.
Mention me if you need more testing or info.
Note: Testing screenshot was taken using a layered combination of Flameshot and Windows's default Snipping Tool for demonstration.
