feat: create Ecosystem connectors

Description:

This PR introduces a suite of modular connectors to support AI agent interactions with key projects within the Flare ecosystem. These connectors enable querying of relevant on-chain/off-chain data and provide structured access to core functionalities of each integrated protocol.

Implementation Summary:

• Added connector for Sceptre exposing feeds using the abi
• Integrated OpenOcean swap quote endpoint via REST
• Developed SparkDEX client using smart contract ABI
• Built Kinetic client for liquidity exposere using the abi
• Created StargateClient with quote() method for cross-chain liquidity path estimates using their exposed rest api

Hi, can you add functions to perform the main operations on each application (swap on OpenOcean, borrow/lend on Kinetic, swap on Sparkdex etc.)

sure... am struggling to find api documentation for some protocols such as cylo, sparkDex if possible could you provide links to their official api docs

So SparkDeX is fork of Uniswap V3, same docs should apply with difference contracts. For cyclo should only be a single contract interaction, see their addresses
