template.py is refactored to organize template generation method into the TemplateGenerator class.
This aims to expand the functionality of the Template class for on-the-fly Template generation and gradient calculation with respect to the model (atomic model / voxel density).
Additional functionality also include generating multiple images for each frame in the AtomicModel.
This feature is still Work in Progress.
