txtlog file type

Normaly phasempi generates a hdf5 file at the end of the run. In case the program crashs, exceeds the time limits or stoped no hdf5 file is generated. Therefore intermediate results are collected in a text file with the extension txtlog and the same name as the hdf5 file. The header explains all columns. txtlogfiles can be transfered to hdf5 with txtlog2phase_hdf5 to show the intermediate result (depending on the progress some areas can be missing )
