This creates the functions used to autogenerate the nodes for the numpy.random module, as well as their corresponding manifests. NOTA BENE that GPT4 prompting does not generate a perfect product, and so simply rerunning these scripts will not produce the nodes in flojoy-ai/nodes#135 and flojoy-ai/docs#124, and will in fact override the final polished product that resulting from many manual edits.
