The purpose of this repository is to provide additional details beyond the method section of the manuscript for the interested reader.
The code in this repository is split into the following notebooks:

CyTOF_MS_twins_CXCR3.ipynb: This notebook describes the analysis of CyTOF data of PBMCs of twins discordant for MS.

CITE_seq_MS_CXCR3.ipynb: This notebook describes the processing and analysis of the publicly available CITE-seq data of PBMCs of MS patients.
