docs: add Commercial and Public providers tables to README#65

Align with swap and exchanger READMEs by listing the 30 supported providers directly in the README. fastforex stays pinned at the top of the Commercial table with a star and in bold; tables are otherwise alphabetical. The per-option configuration reference still lives in the doc; the README now answers 'is provider X supported?' at a glance.
