Measurement: ~= 28.73 dBm (+ ~3 dB including the connection losses)

Downlink

Target: 30 dBm
Measurement: ~= 26.61 dBm (+~3 dB including the cable and the connectors losses)

NOTE: Input voltage of the downlink radio = 3.3 V
