I know most web frameworks delegate to TypeScript and some npm web-pack module these details, and then a bunch of other JavaScript-based tools like vite, parcel, or a stack of grunt tasks like grunt-filerev+grunt-usemin, etc.
However, since I am relatively new to Rust, I am curious what opinionated Rust frameworks are doing here.
