Wow, Parker, this is GREAT. Is there any reason you don't use tabs to set up the various environments? Though maybe it's because add-2-app goes to another page?
On the add-2-app page, it says "To get started, see our project integration guide for Android and iOS:", but there's also a web link there, but this is a pretty minor nit.
Overall, lgtm!!

Now that we have the [Create a new Flutter app reference](https://docs.flutter.dev/reference/create-new-app) landed in #11777, we can retire the "Test drive" page that was part of a previous get started flow. Resolves #11789
