Testing instructions

1. Fail all cabin fans in failures tab on EFB.
2. Check that the appropriate checklist appears (see "After" screenshot).
3. Set the AIR FLOW selector to HI, ensure step is ticked.
4. Restart aircraft and set AIR FLOW selector to HI, repeat steps 1-3, confirm that the checklist step is already completed.
