Fixes #[issue_no]

Summary of Changes

  • Non-colocated DME distance legs will have correct termination when using MSFS2024.
  • FC and FD leg paths are improved (possibility of bypassing the fix if the previous xF leg ends at the fix).
  • Airports may now be used as procedure fixes - needed for EWR5 enroute transitions and almost definitely others.

Needed for some procedures e.g. the EWR5 transitions.
Create FC leg, as it cannot use the DME location.
