fix(fms): proper xD leg terminations, improved paths, and airport as fix #9781

Summary of Changes

Non-colocated DME distance legs will have correct termination when using MSFS2024.
FC and FD leg paths are improved (possibility of bypassing the fix if the previous xF leg ends at the fix).
Airports may now be used as procedure fixes - needed for EWR5 enroute transitions and almost definitely others.
