I would expect this version setting would include flyway-community-db-support-archetype? What happens instead?

The archetype pom doesn't declare a parent so it doesn't inherit the version of the root. It was set up like this before my changes so not sure if it's deliberate.

Workflow fails on main because of a collision as it's stuck on 10.24.0 – we don't currently bump the Maven archetype.
