Support cleanup of stored procedures with dependent procedures (Issue gahoekstraibm/flyway#5)

Issue has been fixed by iteratively dropping stored procedures without dependent procedures, until no stored procedures are left in the schema.

Flyway clean tested with multiple stored procedures having inter-dependencies:
SP_P calling SP_C, SP_C2, SP_C3
SP_C calling SP_C2, SP_C4
SP_C2
SP_C3
SP_C4
SP-C5

The cleanup is now done using the following iterations:

  1. SP_P and SP_C5 are deleted
  2. SP_C and SP_C3 are deleted
  3. SP_C2 and SP_C4 are deleted
