This commit upgrades Angular and related dependencies to version 19.x in `package.json` for compatibility and new features. Additionally, the `standalone` property is added to the `mat-right-sheet-container` component for improved scalability.
Updated `@angular/cdk` and `@angular/material` dependencies to version 19.2.14 in both `package.json` and `package-lock.json`. Adjusted peer dependency ranges to align with Angular 19+ compatibility. Removed unnecessary `devOptional` fields for `parse5` and its dependencies.
Updated the package version to 19.0.0 in both root and project-specific `package.json` files. Adjusted peer dependency ranges to require Angular 19.x compatibility. This ensures alignment with the latest Angular release.
