This PR upgrades some dependencies. It resolves the following issues:
lightningcssnow correctly transpiles:nth-child(An+B of S).:nth-child(An+B of S)selector does not transform class names parcel-bundler/lightningcss#883vite-plugin-dtsnow supports TypeScript 5.7. Unfortunately, we still cannot userollupTypessince this issue still occurs: macOs 'Internal Error: Unable to follow symbol for "Record"' when rollupTypes set to true. qmhc/unplugin-dts#399
