add: package verification , categories , fix: bugs.

Description

This PR add the following functionalities:

• add package verification with github actions Check the model of an uploaded package #65.
• fix bugs
• fix package ratings
• add categories for the packages
• add fnv_1a hash algorithm for hash verification
• add keywords for the packages
• ports the entire backend to work on vercel.
