We do not use `flake` direnv feature since flakes currently copy the whole repo into Nix store, so we need to watch the files manually.
This will make it easier to create CI specific shell.
Naming the components makes it slightly more legible.
This contains a LSP for PHP. Since we do not need it in CI, let’s add another `devShell` that will only be used there.
