Overview

This PR updates Twitter terminology and replaces Twitter icons with the new X logo across the website.

Changes

• Updated text references from "Twitter" to "X"
• Replaced Twitter icons with X logo in navbar, footer, and subscription section
• Added hyperlinks to external resources
