Added a basic user dropdown menu UI component to the Visdom top navigation bar for future multi-user and authentication features.
Changes:
Created new UserDropdown React component in js/topbar/UserDropdown.js
Component displays "👤 User ▼" button in the top-right navbar
Dropdown shows placeholder options: Profile, Settings, Logout
All options are non-functional placeholders for future implementation
Integrated UserDropdown into the main navbar
Related to: GSoC preparation - collaborative lab environments support
