Source files are kept in /source and are compiled into /install.sh by /source/build.sh, which is automatically executed by GitHub Actions upon push to master.

With this, it should be easier to manage and edit the source files and scripts.

Also, no more base64 in install.sh and it's offline install only - easier for the pre-sudo visual check

I started to work on this change after I merged @divinity76 's PR #22 (which fixed the issue that caused me to look into this repository). If there is any objection on including these changes, I can rebase it to master.
