Remove the guide on registering a device as a non-root user since it can be confusing for those who starts using "fioup" for the first time and is not familiar with internal aspects of "fioup" work. Signed-off-by: Mike Sul <mike.sul@foundries.io>
Add the "sudo" prefix to each command mentioned in the configuration guide since users run commands exactly as they are specified in the guide without realizing that they need to be executed as a root user. Signed-off-by: Mike Sul <mike.sul@foundries.io>
