Removes the stale manually maintained architecture page and turns the developer documentation index into an ownership map for the Book, Rustdoc, contributor guides, agent instructions, and changelog fragments. It also replaces the placeholder custom-network page with cross-crate guidance for runtime dispatch, Foundry/Alloy/REVM ownership, auxiliary state lifecycles, tool coverage, and CI, while reducing duplicate instructions in
CONTRIBUTING.mdandAGENTS.md.The companion user-facing guide is foundry-rs/book#2052.
Closes #16248.
AI assistance was used to audit the documentation, draft the cross-crate integration guide, and validate the changes.
