Description
Bumps some transitive dependencies. I generated this change by removing
node-gypandfseventsfrom yarn.lock, and re-running yarn & yarn dedupe. The dedupe resulted in a minor eslint change as well.Resolves https://github.com/foxglove/omgidl/security/dependabot/74
