Update or fix the following item on the Audio Research 1P0:

• Reduce the Mini XLR Gain
• Move the Headphone Amp I2C Lines to different pins on the FMC and add a level shifter
• Increase the -5V0A Regulator
• Increase the RJ45 LED Current Supply - FPGA cannot supply enough current
• Update the Microphone Array Input: XLR → Pre-Amp → Buffer → AD1939
