Franka Control Interface Documentation link in Readme is deprecated

The link for the FCI documentation in the Readme is still using the old URL.
People who weren't aware of the migration to https://frankarobotics.github.io/docs/ and need to use ROS1 won't necessarily know where to look.
Please update the link.
