Bump MARKETING_VERSION to 3.5.0 and CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION to 50, and roll the [Unreleased] changelog into [3.5.0]. 3.5.0 adds inline descriptions for bottle configuration options (Whisky-App#807) and an optional menu-bar extra (Whisky-App#571), moves installed-program scanning off the main thread (Whisky-App#574), and makes scheduled update checks gentler (Whisky-App#765).

This PR is only the version/changelog bump. The DMG build, EdDSA-signed appcast, notarization, the
app-v3.5.0tag, and the GitHub release are not done here — they require the signing keychain + notary profile and an explicit go-ahead.
