Displays item counts next to column names for quick visibility.

Benefits

Sales managers can see lead distribution at a glance
Example: "Contacted (45)" shows 45 leads need follow-up
Helps spot bottlenecks (e.g., "In Progress (78)")
No need to scroll and count manually
