feat(editor): add editor molecule family

• add the v1 editor family under frappe-ui/editor from src/molecules/editor
• include primitives, ready-made editors, extension catalog, upload plumbing, and TextEditor deprecation bridge
• add Editor docs under Molecules with stories
• add source aliases for components, molecules, utils, and composables
