Could you please add a unit test, or verify the aper tag fix with Wireshark?

I've added the unit test on checking the marshal and the unmarshal with these new aper reference value field is correct.

Also, here is the screenshot of both PathSwitchRequestTransfer and PathSwitchRequestAcknowledgeTransfer with wireshark:
