Applies the shared brand system (Niagara blue + terracotta accent on a dark ink panel) to the README.

Changes

  • New brand assets under docs/assets/turing-cluster/:
    • logos/turing_cluster_logo_horizontal.svg — horizontal banner: TURING PI wordmark (accent PI), 2×2 cluster glyph with the control-plane node in terracotta and three workers in Niagara, joined by a faint interconnect mesh.
    • icons/turing_cluster_icon.svg — matching square mark (240×240, rx=48).
    • Both are self-contained dark panels, so they render identically in GitHub light and dark mode (no prefers-color-scheme needed).
  • README header — inserted the banner under the title and reordered badges to the guide's order (CI → license → registry/compat → release). The Release badge now uses sort=semver&color=blue to sit in the Niagara family; CI badges keep their semantic green/red.

Verification

  • Both SVGs validated as well-formed XML.
  • Banner rendered on #ffffff and #0d1117 — identical (self-contained panel).
  • Icon rendered at 240px and 32px — the four nodes stay distinct and the terracotta control-plane node still reads as the accent at favicon size.

Apply the shared brand system (Niagara blue + terracotta accent on a dark
ink panel) to the README:

- Add docs/assets/turing-cluster/ horizontal banner (TURING PI wordmark,
2x2 cluster glyph with terracotta control-plane node) and matching
square icon (240x240, rx=48), both self-contained dark panels that
render identically in GitHub light and dark mode.
- Insert the banner under the title and reorder badges to the guide's
order (CI -> license -> registry/compat -> release); Release badge now
uses sort=semver&color=blue to sit in the Niagara family.
