docs(readme): add brand logo + icon, align header to brand guide#76
Merged
Conversation
Apply the shared brand system (Niagara blue + terracotta accent on a dark ink panel) to the README: - Add docs/assets/turing-cluster/ horizontal banner (TURING PI wordmark, 2x2 cluster glyph with terracotta control-plane node) and matching square icon (240x240, rx=48), both self-contained dark panels that render identically in GitHub light and dark mode. - Insert the banner under the title and reorder badges to the guide's order (CI -> license -> registry/compat -> release); Release badge now uses sort=semver&color=blue to sit in the Niagara family.
