Rework the banner subtitle into two lines — toolchain over scope:
TERRAFORM · OPENTOFU
CLUSTER MODULES
The modules publish to both the Terraform and OpenTofu registries, so the
wordmark should say so. Splitting toolchain (line 1) from scope (line 2)
keeps each line short, avoids repeating "MODULES", and reads cleaner than
the old single "TERRAFORM · CLUSTER · MODULES" line (which crowded the
right edge once OpenTofu was added).
- Two 18px / 4-tracking lines at y=154/180; wordmark + accent bar nudged
up ~10px (y 116→106, bar 134→124) to keep the text block centered on
the glyph.
- aria-label updated to "Turing Pi — Terraform & OpenTofu cluster modules"
(& escaped as &).
Icon is text-free and unchanged.
