docs(brand): align modules banner with the provider banner#79

Make the modules and provider banners a matched sibling pair. Adopt the
provider's subtitle treatment — supported ecosystems over an accented,
widely-tracked role word — so the two read as one brand family:
TERRAFORM · OPENTOFU TERRAFORM · OPENTOFU
MODULES (terracotta) PROVIDER (terracotta)
- Subtitle line 2 is now a single terracotta "MODULES" (15px / 700 /
7.5 tracking, #C4683F), mirroring the provider's "PROVIDER"; line 1
and the wordmark/bar geometry now match the provider exactly (wordmark
back to y=116, bar y=134 width=324, line1 y=160, line2 y=187).
- The curly-brace glyph stays — that's the deliberate signature that
distinguishes the siblings ({ } HCL config vs < > provider plugin);
everything else is identical.
- aria-label simplified to "Turing Pi Terraform and OpenTofu modules"
to parallel the provider's label (also drops the & entity).
Icon is text-free and unchanged.
