docs(brand): normalize horizontal logo height to 260#82

Match the cluster-variant logos (rk1 config, ansible) at 800x260 so all family logos render at the same scale. Canvas + background rect grown by 20px and the icon/wordmark groups shifted down 10px to stay centered; artwork is unchanged (no distortion).

Grow the horizontal logo from
800×240to800×260so it renders at the same scale as the other family logos (rk1 config, ansible variant) per the README convention.Non-distorting: viewBox/height and the background rect grow by 20px; the icon and wordmark groups shift down 10px to stay vertically centered. Artwork unchanged; XML validated.
