qvnow launches a TUI where you can manage dependencies for your Quiver project. It includes a dependency graph, README and info viewer for installed dependencies, and an interactive mode to view dependency README's from github before adding them.qv lspnow uses a Ratatui/Crossterm interactive picker, so editor selection works on Windows too.Fixed
