I wrote this last year and it's heavily unfinished in some areas. See the changelog and TODO at the top of
plugins/jolt/jolt.cppfor more information.There are several unfinished changes throughout the engine to make the plugin work better, which is why this PR is marked as a draft. It also adds and changes a few things that get exported into
fteextensions.qc.
