…e.md Add inline YAML comment on the customer-research skill reference in agents/prioritize.md frontmatter to indicate it is an extension point provided by target repos at org level, not built into this repo. This provides context at the point of contact so agents (especially the review agent) do not flag the missing local skill directory as a bug. Complements the general skill resolution documentation in AGENTS.md section 6 added in PR #19. Closes #20
