PR #2854 is an automated Renovate dependency bump (functions-framework-go v1.9.0 → v1.9.2) that is blocked because CI's make lint-all fails on the lint-mint-embed-sync pre-commit hook. Renovate updated internal/mint/go.mod and go.sum but did not update the corresponding .embed copies in internal/dispatch/gcf/mintsrc/. The repo has a lint script that detects this desync but no automation to fix it, and the Renovate config lacks postUpgradeTasks to handle the sync. No review agent or human review occurred — the PR is stuck at CI. Two proposals follow: (1) create a sync script companion to the existing lint check, and (2) wire it into Renovate's postUpgradeTasks so future dependency bumps include synced embed files automatically.
