Added Hydrus Constants, MIMEs and switch to properly display image and animated .jxl files. It still requires browser support (Safari, Thorium, Waterfox, or enabling it in Chrome/Firefox experimental flags) to function.
I did spot a difference in behavior when clicking or directly navigating to /files/hash.jxl where it downloads instead of displaying it in browser. Possibly controlled upstream or dependency?
