•Adds a new ListBox2D implementation with support for single, multi, and range selection.
•Handles dynamic scrollbar visibility based on the number of items.
•Replaces broken listbox2d_v2; all previous import and abstract method issues fixed.
•Includes test_listbox2d.py covering creation, selection, range selection, and scrollbar behavior.
•All tests passing; no regressions in existing UI components.
