pip install instead of compiles in docker image #320

now that cadquery 2.5.2 haas been released and it supports numpy 2 we can remove this line in the dockerfile where we installed a specific version of cadquery

when paramak is installed this could bring in cadquery

we have wheels for openmc and moab so we can also make use of them instead of the compiles
