- Re-run the workflow when a PR title is edited, so retitling clears the check. Only the commits job runs for that event.
- Print how to fix a non-conventional PR title.
- Bump actions/checkout to v4 in the test job.
- Mark the test job continue-on-error until the Docker test run is fixed.
