Prediction of Rent Prices for Houses at Hyderabad from Kaggle Dataset.
This project uses the Kaggle dataset https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/muhammedabdulazeem/house-rent-prediction-for-hyderabad.
As mentioned in the overview, the dataset is pretty unclean and I have performed my analysis on this dataset. Although, in future I plan to provide a method to clean the dataset and bring efficacy as required. Apart from the data, the model also can be made better using Multitask feature selction algorithm, which I plan to explore upon later.
