These updates fix 2 issues:
process.env.VARare replaced. This includes the context of code snippets in documentation, when we don't want static replacement. ApreserveProcessEnvthat acceptstrue|false, a path, or a regex has been added to make the transformation back from({}).VARtoprocess.env.VARpath-to-regexp. This normalizes the wildcard splat routing structure for old and new versions
