Shopify's docs only provide a sample payload for collections webhooks for custom collections- the payload is slightly different for smart collections (includes a
disjunctiveandrulesproperty). Added an examplar for a production payload for collection webhooks with smart collections, and modified our schema override for the collections webhooks.
