Added a new article about the Digital Humanities Special Interest Group at the Galaxy Community Conference, detailing the event, discussions, and newly integrated NLP tools.
Updated tease and added details about new NLP tools and a DH subdomain. Corrected spelling to use 'specialised' and 'optimised'.

I am adding a first draft for the DH SIG at GCC. I haven't published it yet as I wanted to wait for the finalised Tools and wanted to link to the poster first.
