Fixes #21611

How to test the changes?

  • I've included appropriate automated tests.
  • This is a refactoring of components with existing test coverage.
  • Instructions for manual testing are as follows:
    • Open any repository or file source
    • Apply a search filter
    • Navigate to a folder
    • The filter gets cleared

Resets selection filter when loading dialog

Ensures any previous filter applied to the selection dialog is cleared when loading, preventing unintended filtering from persisting across navigation.
